General Shipping Information

Coffee Ritual partners with multiple independent suppliers to bring you high-quality appliances. Because we operate as a dropshipping store, we do not ship products directly. Instead, our suppliers manage the shipping of orders. This means that shipping times, carriers, and procedures may vary depending on the supplier fulfilling your order.

Processing and Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed and shipped directly by our suppliers during their regular business hours.
  • Fulfillment times may vary by supplier, product type, and stock availability.
  • You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped by the supplier.

Shipping Methods

  • Suppliers may use carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, or freight/shipping brokers depending on the size and complexity of the order.
  • Some products, especially larger appliances, may require freight delivery with scheduled appointments.
  • Suppliers do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery times vary depending on the supplier and destination. Average delivery is 5–14 business days, though larger or special-order items may take longer.
  • Any estimated delivery timeframe provided at checkout is for reference only and not guaranteed.

Responsibility and Risk

  • Most shipments are handled on an FOB (Free on Board) basis. This means that once the supplier hands your order to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment passes to you.
  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or in poor condition, it must be reported immediately upon delivery to both the shipping carrier and the supplier.
  • We encourage customers to inspect their orders upon arrival. In the event of damage, customers should document the condition of the package and contact the shipping carrier and the supplier within 48 hours to initiate a claim.
  • Coffee Ritual does not assume liability for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments once they have left the supplier’s warehouse. Customers must work directly with the supplier or carrier to resolve shipping claims.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are determined by the supplier and depend on the size, weight, delivery method, and destination of your order.
  • Any applicable shipping fees will be calculated at checkout or communicated prior to finalizing your order.

Shipping Area

Coffee Ritual works with suppliers who ship orders only within the continental United States. We do not facilitate shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
