Because Coffee Ritual operates as a dropshipping platform, we work as a bridge between you and independent third-party suppliers. This means we do not stock or ship products directly, and we’re not able to process returns or refunds ourselves.

All sales made through our website are fulfilled by the individual supplier of each product, and any return or refund request must be handled directly with them.

Returns & Refunds

Each product listed on our website is sold and shipped by an independent supplier. Their individual return and refund policies apply to your purchase.

To ensure a positive shopping experience, we have established a comprehensive Refund & Returns Policy that allows customers to return products within 30 days of purchase.

If you need to request a return, exchange, or refund, please contact the supplier directly. They will guide you through their process and determine eligibility based on their policies.

While we’re not able to approve, deny, or process returns ourselves, we always recommend reaching out to the supplier as soon as possible so they can assist you promptly.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Lost, Damaged, Delayed, or Defective Items

Since items ship directly from suppliers, any shipping or product-related issues must also be addressed with them. This includes:

  • Items that arrive damaged or defective
  • Delivery delays

The supplier (or shipping carrier, when applicable) will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund, according to their policies.

Coffee Ritual serves as a curated storefront that connects you with trusted third-party suppliers. We are not the manufacturer or direct seller of the products listed on our site.

When you make a purchase, the sales agreement is between you and the supplier. While we carefully select the brands and products we feature, responsibility for fulfillment, returns, warranties, and product performance rests with the supplier.
